By engaging with our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
InnerDialogue provides:
- Conscious parenting coaching
- Inner work facilitation
- Educational workshops and group programs
These services are:
- Reflective and experiential
- Not therapy, medical, or psychiatric treatment
- Not a substitute for professional mental health care
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
By participating, you acknowledge that:
- You are fully responsible for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being
- You choose how to interpret and apply insights from sessions
- Results are not guaranteed, as transformation depends on personal engagement
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- All services must be paid in full or as per agreed payment plan before participation
- Payments are processed via third-party platforms (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, etc.)
- You agree to provide accurate billing information
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content shared through InnerDialogue, including:
- Worksheets
- Session frameworks
- Written material
- Recorded content
is the intellectual property of InnerDialogue and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY IN GROUP SETTINGS
While we maintain confidentiality, in group programs:
- Participants are expected to respect each other’s privacy
- We cannot guarantee confidentiality of other participants
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
InnerDialogue is not liable for:
- Decisions made based on sessions
- Outcomes of personal choices
- Emotional responses triggered during inner work
8. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- There is inappropriate behavior
- Boundaries are violated
- Payments are not completed
